Cancellation Policy
We have late night opening on Monday, Tuesday and Thursday and Saturday appointments require credit card details for these appointments as they are in high demand and at times we have a waiting list.
Should you wish to cancel your appointments with us please do this at least 48 hours in advance. We will be more than happy to re-schedule your appointment for you at a more convenient time.
Appointments that are cancelled with less than 24 hours notice are subject to a cancellation fee.
